Message: Updated** Digital and subscription deals are not customer friendly and too invasive on our privacy. Our groceryand hygiene and prescriptions and everything are being tracked. If everyone resisted we could have normal sales and prices for everyone, not just those willing to let a corporation know everything they buy. 3 stars for Frys going the status quo. Original**Pretty good self checkout of 6 lanes, clean. Fry's has good prices but they don't pay their employees well at all, that's why the prices during sales are so good though. If you can afford to work there by all means not a bad place to work.

Message: Was unpacking my groceries a few weeks ago and realized I bought expired 2022 Annies Vegan mac & cheese.. 1. I called the store to tell them to pull it off the shelf before anyone else bought it. 2. Went to the store to exchange for non expired but the whole display was bad still. I told the manager she looked at me like I was so rude and bothering her.. 3. Weeks later, I was there today and still an entire display of expired mac….. I personally watched them be removed from the display this time but why did it take this many steps to get expired food off the shelf?.

She greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile she was very attentive, right there when assistance needed, first time I didn't have to wait even with all the cash reg being used. She is very personable and kind. Great customer service!
