Message: I make three transactions at Fry's. My personal items, pharmacy pickup meds and grocery items. I will not use uscaners registers. By the time I leave my bank card strip is warnout.

Message: So I bought cigarettes from here and I thought the change machine didn’t give me the change. I talked to the front and assistant manager and he wasn’t very helpful. He told me that they get back to me in 24 hours so then I requested store manager Raul and then he was very helpful. He was on it right away. He went to the back. Check the cameras to assist me and unfortunately I had got my change and I just misplaced it. I was very thankful because he was very helpful right away and he didn’t just sluff me off like the other manager had even earlier he went above and beyond and went to the back to look for a grocery store item for me. I think he deserves a raise because most of the time when you go to these stores, the staff aren’t very helpful however, he seems to take his job seriously and treat every single customer with respect and give them the upmost attention so thank you so much Raul.

Message: Store is clean and you can get in and out pretty quick. But EVERY time, I get hit up for money from homeless people when I leave the store. The "security" guard doesn't even go outside...
