Message: I had a fabulous experience today. I was looking for wide-mouth quart size pickling jars. I looked at the mason jars on the baking aisle, no luck. Over to the housewares, no luck. So I see a in-store Frys worker named Shannon, I asked her and showed her the example on display (which were the wide mouth quart size Kerr mason jars); not only did she stop doing what she was doing, she walked me to the baking aisle, found the empty shelf where the mason jars were supposed to be, then went to CS and radioed and asked when they will back in stock or are they in the back? She found out they come on tonight. I know this top notch, stellar employee is a keeper!
