Message: Your prices are extremely high. This applies to most food categories. I selected a few items to compare your prices with your competitors. There was not a huge difference between your sister stores, but the difference between Kroger company stores and Target and Walmart was surprisingly higher. One of the items I checked was over $2. 00 higher at your store.. In addition, your older software that runs your digital sales items was a complete shopping “disaster”. The software update, your store made, is an improvement. It’s not perfect, but, more importantly, it works most of the time.. Your stores are very clean, and the shelves are pretty-well stocked. Since I, and people my age (72), have some health problems that preclude the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I love a good beer but I only drink the non-alcohol kind. How about a better selection and sales on 12-packs? Thank you for the chance to provide feedback.

Message: I’m not really unhappy about this Albertsons overall, just the lack of quality produce. It’s annoying to shop for produce then come home and cut into it only to discover it’s not edible. I bought a personal watermelon on sale for 99¢ but it’s mealy and mushy and not the least bit juicy so in the garbage it goes. The price is no excuse for having poor quality food! I suppose I could return it when I go back there in a few days but I’m not making a special trip just this. I spent my money on garbage. It’s javelina quality.

Message: Love going here. They always have some sort of sales going on people there are very nice and knowledgeable.

Message: Clean, well stocked. Fair prices, some good sale items. Great selection of most things. No pumpernickel bread, though! Friendly, helpful staff. Covered parking is a great perk.

Message: Canadians pay attention! This location is chock full of employees that care and have an admiration for others visiting from abroad! Fantastic customer service, friendly, and excellent selection of products. Pop in almost everyday for everyday items.

Message: I called to order 2 cactus plants, but no one answered the phone in the Floral dept. but my call was transferred to the Produce dept instead. This very nice man took the time to go over to the floral department and find the cactus I was referring too. He ask me what color of flower I wanted on the cactus. He then took 2 cactus plants to Customer Service with my name and number to be picked up by me later in the day.
