Message: A 'new' look to the store. It's sparkling clean! Many good bargains brot me back to this conveniently located store. It's just off #101 at Chaparrel. Without this store the area would become a 'food dessert' as there's no grocery store for miles around. If you live nearby support Safeway at Haydon.

Message: It seems like the store is constantly being remodeled. Staff friendliness is a hit or miss. The digital coupons don't load half the time making check out a challenge to ensure that you're charged the right price.

Message: So many moons back I decided to give up the sauce. I've stuck with it, and I am very proud of where I am without it. When I first gave it up I came to Safeway to see what they had in the NON-alcoholic side. They had Becks N/A and ODouls N/A, and let me tell you, they suck! Des took it upon herself, when the remodel happened, to order a whole batch of new and exciting Non Alcoholic brews. It really shows me that our local grocery cares and listens to our needs. Thank you Des for listening and following thru for your customers. THIS IS THE BEST SAFEWAY.... Also shout out to Randy, Maddock, and the Meat Dept boys for always having my back and making my visit soo awesome everytime..

Message: Ive been shopping here for about 4 months now and would happily rate 4 stars (especially with the ongoing facelift) but the deli staff has it knocked down to a 3. Not only are they obnoxious and a little rude the lines are always long. Ive literally never have been able to get sliced deli meats since ive shopped here. The register people and the customer service individuals are golden otherwise id start shopping elsewhere. Looking forward to the updated floor space.

Message: Safeway is always such a happy place for me. All the fruits and vegetables, floral department and a butcher's stand that's incredible. But this time I had a little snag. I had clipped a couple of coupons and was charged full price. I went to the customer service department and they fixed it right away. But had I gone in and had a grocery cart full of food, I wouldn't had caught it. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone. Please check your receipts and make sure you're getting your discounts.
