Message: Have been a Walmart grocery shopper for years, but this past year, I have especially I've been very disappointed in their rising prices. I decided to give Safeway a shot. Holy Cow! They had Walmart prices beat hands down. The key to shopping at Safeway is learning how to use the Safeway app. Once you do that you can easily take advantage of their member prices and their digital coupons. Today was my first time using the digital coupons, and the Safeway staff was extremely helpful in helping me and showing me how to use the app. They put Walmart to shame. Plus, the store is cleaner, the staff friendlier, and just an all around more pleasant atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
